My Background and Approach
I am Dr. Toni Brent, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Capella University. With over 12 years of experience in mental health, I specialize in treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and ADHD. My treatment approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and trauma-focused therapy. I offer psychiatric evaluations and medication management via telehealth, ensuring that clients across Alaska can receive the support they need. I believe in a holistic treatment plan that addresses the mind, body, and spirit for optimal well-being.
