My Background and Approach
I have experience in an array of concerns including burn out, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I aim to provide not only emotional support but practical suggestions as well to help you feel better. My approach is warm, compassionate, and trauma informed. I continually work to create a safe and supportive environment. I use a mix of evidenced based modalities including CBT, ACT, and person centered treatment.
