About My Clients
I have worked with individuals, couples, and families across a variety of concerns. This has included, but is not limited to, depression, anxiety, suicidality, trauma, couple/family conflict, stress management, intimate partner violence, and parent/sibling issues. I have experience working with a diverse caseload, including racial and/or ethnic minority clients, clients identifying as a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as clients within the polyamorous community.
My Background and Approach
I am a graduate of Northwestern University's Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy program and completed my training at The Family Institute at Northwestern University's Bette D. Harris Clinic. I value working with clients as a team. My desire is to help clients feel heard and supported in ways that feel best for them. The integrative lens through which I approach my therapeutic practice ensures that therapy meets clients where they are currently located. The needs and challenges that are unique to each client are considered and utilized to create a therapy experience that will be most helpful in aiding the client to healthy destinations.
