About My Clients
Women today are navigating a world that we would not have ever imagined, our post-pandemic world has added even more to our "mental load" leaving many to feel uncertain, unsettled, and downright confused. Issues facing women and parents have multiplied and this can leave us feeling anxious or depressed. You might not even be able to pinpoint where the uncertain or unsettling feeling is coming from. Working together, we can figure it out.
My Background and Approach
My background started in elementary education, transitioned into school counseling, and has cumulated in my PhD, private practice, and university teaching.I've been working with the families of children and adolescents since 2015.
