I specialize in working with depression, women's issues, relationship concerns, online counseling, and teens. I also see adults and children of all ages. I use a Person-Centered approach and a blend of other therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

I use a Person-Centered approach and a blend of other therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I am a Distance Credentialed Counselor and provide counseling by phone, email, and webcam, in addition to regular in-person office visits. I specialize in providing clinical supervision for interns, LPC Residents in Counseling, and play therapists. I am an Approved Clinical Supervisor and offer group/individual supervision sessions.
