About My Clients
I welcome individuals and couples of all identities and relationship structures. Many of my clients are LGBTQ+, poly, or kink-identified, and I make it a priority to offer an affirming space. I also work with people navigating grief, major life changes, or the weight of systemic oppression. No matter your background, my focus is on helping you reclaim agency and build relationships that feel connected and authentic.
My Background and Approach
Some of the struggles I often work with include anxiety that makes it hard to turn off your brain, depression that leaves you drained, self-esteem challenges that keep you second-guessing yourself, or relationship patterns that feel stuck on repeat. I also support people exploring identity, healing from religious or cultural wounds, or navigating how oppression shows up in their daily lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My practice is client centered and I believe that mental health and wellness also includes finding ways to include your passions and priorities into treatment. We can also incorporate meditation or spirituality into therapy if that's important to you. I'm committed to working hard for racial justice in my life and practice and want clients who work with me to feel fully affirmed in all their identities.
