My Background and Approach
Like most therapists, I enlist a mix of approaches in my work, but I find that above all else, the relationship between therapist and client is the most effective agent for change. I believe in being a staunch advocate for my client and taking their goals for therapy very seriously. Sometimes that means challenging the way clients think and act and helping them to consider different perspectives.
