My Background and Approach
Trained in several therapeutic modalities, I use an integrative, human-centered, relational approach. I am certified as a clinical trauma professional and have specialized experience in crisis counseling, grief, and loss.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have extensive experience working with issues that disproportionately affect women and the LGBTQIA+ community. With a social work background, I'm focused as much on a person in their environment as what is going on with their mental and emotional wellness.
