I've done extensive training Analytical Psychology, the theory and practice developed by Carl Jung, which encourages delving beneath the surface of life to explore our depths. This journey includes dream analysis, body work, active imagination, art therapy, and the exploration of synchronicities, reveries, and intuitions. This approach isn't about 'fixing' thoughts, feelings, or behaviors, but rather about being with someone on their journey towards authenticity and wholeness.

Working through relationship issues can be intricate and sensitive, demanding a unique set of skills. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I bring over two decades of experience in helping couples navigate complex dynamics to build the type of relationship they seek.

Many experience hurt from the church. This could stem from struggles with gender identity, sexual orientation, experiences of abuse, misogyny, scapegoating, among other forms of harm that can occur within a religious setting. These individuals do not wish to renounce their faith, but rather are trying harmonize their Christian beliefs with their personal identity and life experiences. They need space and my role is to provide a safe, affirming environment to explore.

Life can be incredibly challenging for LGBTQIA+ individuals, and while there are many supportive allies in the therapy world, sometimes it's helpful to be with someone who understands first hand. As a trans woman, I've experienced the marginalization that sexual and gender minorities often face in society and am dedicated to helping queer people navigate this often treacherous world.

I specialize in preparing individuals for psychedelic medicine journeys. As more people begin to explore these medicines, they are finding themselves quickly overwhelmed by the experience. The level of preparation can significantly help someone handle the intensity of medicine work without hijacking.
