About My Clients
My clients are accustomed to authenticity, respect, and being further educated on mental health and how they can improve theirs, along with life, and how they feel about it. My clients will receive challenges and information to help improve or alleviate the symptoms they are experiencing. My clients will be equipped with tools and resources to navigate the management of their mental health.
My Background and Approach
I have practiced for 7 years and plan to continue. I am also a PHD student currently studying education and supervision, with a focus in trauma and crisis.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Treat people with kindness, you never know what someone is going through and why would you want to make it worse.
