It takes courage to face emotional doubts. I work with people who are facing emotional difficulties in their relationships, are feeling stuck, or want to improve their well being and move forward with their life. We will discuss your psychological history to gain understanding of your life, thoughts, and emotions. Understanding leads to harmony and well being.
My Background and Approach
I have experience helping people who have symptoms of depression, anxiety, or post-traumatic stress. I specialize in working with people who have experienced a sexual abuse and other conflicts in relationships. I work with couples in creating and maintaining connection and bonding that leads to deeper levels of intimacy. My approach is psychodynamic (childhood and development), cognitive-behavioral (thoughts), humanistic (unconditional positive regard), and existential (discovering your true self). I am also a Hypnotherapist and Certified Forensic Evaluator.
