I work with teens, young adults navigating the transition into adulthood, and adults. I use proven approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems ("parts work") to tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals.
