I work to help you find self love and acceptance, learning how to accomodate your own areas of difficulty while focusing on a strengths-based approach to therapy. Through neurodiversity-affirming therapy, you will learn to appreciate the beauty in being Autistic while recognizing the challenges and cultivating an environment that will work for you and your family.
