About My Clients
Life can be difficult, and things have become increasingly hard the past few years, as mental health issues are on the rise. I specialize in helping adolescents, adults, couples and families through difficult times in their lives. Whether you are faced with anxiety, depression, social or academic issues, I am here to help you. I am here to guide my clients as they work through these battles with confidence and grace. My Background and Approach
I provide a safe and comfortable place for adolescents, adults, couples and families to work through the challenges they face in their lives. I try to facilitate an open and trusting relationship with my clients. Once we discuss what we will focus on, we will find attainable goals to help you achieve the positive changes you are looking for. I am a former school counselor that has experience with many of the issues we face today. I was in education for 10 years prior to starting my private practice. I believe my time in education has given me an inside look on what our children experience on a daily basis. I have a B.S. in Education from Texas Christian University and a M.Ed in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M.
