I specialize in helping clients foster better relationships with themselves and their loved ones. Through relationship counseling and/or individual work, I help identify unhealthy patterns that are causing disconnection, address and heal traumatic underpinnings that are keeping relationships stuck, and teach new tools that increase intimacy, trust, self-understanding, and compassion.
My Background and Approach
As a certified AASECT sex therapist, I help couples navigate desire discrepancy, find viable solutions for low-sexual marriages, and support people navigating the impact of extra-marital relationships, including infidelity, polyamory, and consensual non-monogamy. I am comfortable and experienced exploring matters of the heart and its often oppositional needs. I have had extensive post-graduate training in sex therapy, couples work, and fertility counseling, including advanced training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy), Imago Relationship Therapy with Harville Hendrix, and the Gottman method. I have studied couples counseling and sexuality with Terry Real and Esther Perel, among othersl. Let me share what I’ve learned with you.
