I have worked with individuals of all ages, offering support for a diverse range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, social anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, trauma, childhood behavioral challenges, and more. It can be difficult to address an issue that causes you impairment within your life, but my clients can work collaboratively into their recovery process to help deal with difficulty thoughts, emotions and experiences.
