I support individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and those processing complex relational and developmental experiences.
My Background and Approach
My work is grounded in a psychodynamic perspective and shaped by parts work, informed by Internal Family Systems principles (IFS). My approach to therapy is collaborative, affirming, and tailored to what feels most helpful for you in the room. I invite us to slow down and listen to the thoughts, feelings, and body sensations that each part carries. When useful, I weave in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and practical skills to strengthen coping and self-regulation. Together, we uncover patterns, experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and others, and develop concrete strategies you can use between sessions. Throughout our work, I hold curiosity, compassion, and cultural humility as guides toward meaningful, sustainable change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I view therapy as a safe and intentional space to discover who you truly are, beneath the roles, expectations, and survival strategies you’ve had to carry. So often, we move through life disconnected from parts of ourselves we’ve silenced, hidden, or forgotten. In therapy, we begin to gently uncover those parts with compassion and curiosity, not to fix or judge them, but to understand the stories they carry. I believe healing happens when we feel seen, not just by others, but by ourselves. My hope is to offer a space where you can show up fully, explore freely, and begin to trust that every part of you is worthy of care and connection.
