About My Clients
I work with individuals (school-aged, preteen, teens and adults), and understand that everyone communicates and connects in different ways and utilize talk and play therapy to meet my client where they are at and form a real connection. I am passionate about partnering with clients to improve their daily lives and achieve their desired outcomes.
My Background and Approach
I believe the therapeutic relationship is based on trust and understanding. It is important to me that I work collaboratively with my clients to empower them to work through stressful situations and achieve positive outcomes in the therapeutic process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Choosing to start therapy can be difficult and overwhelming. As a relational therapist, I believe my role is to encourage, support, and collaborate with my clients on their journey of growth and healing. My goal is to create an open, non-judgmental, empathetic, and warm setting to allow clients to feel safe to talk about difficult issues.
