About My Clients
Unpacking our past and even present lives can be challenging, bringing about different emotions and affecting our mental wellness. As much as we desire to become a more empowered version of ourselves, it can sometimes get tricky, frustrating, and even overwhelming. At these times, a dedicated space becomes essential for our well-being. I support folks with different identities to focus on healing the parts of themselves that feel complicated to work through with others or alone.
My Background and Approach
Life brings about a myriad of experiences and events. We all do our best to navigate those experiences, but sometimes we need a safe space to release and process our feelings and experiences. In my work, I use an eclectic approach, pulling from relational, person-centered, strengths-based, psychodynamic, attachment, solution-focused and mindfulness strategies as a part of the process. I strive to support clients in examining and deconstructing deeply ingrained beliefs and experiences as well as current life stressors that act as roadblocks to becoming a more self-compassionate, empowered version of themselves.
