My approach is grounded in narrative therapy. I want to help rewrite the stories we tell about ourselves or our partners. It is essential to examine why we believe things are the way they are and check the validity of these beliefs so we can sculpt new stories that better align with our wants.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and specialize in working with queer individuals and couples. I am kink, poly, and sex-worker affirming. In therapy, I will guide you toward the outcome you are looking for by conquering obstacles and celebrating successes. I am here to affirm my clients and work on challenging ideas that are held as unbreakable truths that may prevent you from achieving your goals.
