My Background and Approach
I handle individuals, families, and couples. I am certified in trauma, pre-marital, bereavement, and Gottman’s certification. I am experienced with PTSD, depression, and overall relational issues. As a former military spouse, I have the personal experience to relate to those dealing with similar issues within the marriage and family dynamic. Let me help you on this journey called life. Each individual has their own story and the journey that has that brought them to where they are.
