Your own emotional needs are still going unmet, time and time again. On top of that, you’re not having the success you expected from yourself. This current pattern doesn’t feel sustainable long-term. At the same time, you don’t know how to break out of this rut because… well… it’s what you know. This psychache doesn't have to last forever.
My Background and Approach
I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, alongside DBT skills. My practice is also inspired by jungian shadow work, which helps clients break free from deep-rooted trauma.
