About My Clients
Most of my experience has been providing therapeutic support for individuals and families who have challenges overcoming stress, anxiety, racial identity, childhood trauma, and depression. I have also provided coaching to adults on how to modify unhealthy communication patterns while also working with adolescents in targeting skills to increase social, emotional, cognitive, and academic success.
