About My Clients
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward. Whether your child is experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, ADHD, behavioral concerns, family changes, or school-related stress, I strive to create a space where they feel comfortable being themselves. Together, we'll develop practical tools, strengthen emotional resilience, and help your child feel more confident both at home and in the world.
My Background and Approach
Children communicate in many different ways, and not all of them use words. My role is to slow down, listen with curiosity, and understand what a child's emotions and behaviors may be communicating. I believe meaningful change comes through trust, consistency, and creating an environment where children feel genuinely accepted. My approach is individualized and collaborative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, attachment-informed interventions, mindfulness, and family collaboration. Therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Together, we'll identify your child's strengths, build new coping skills, and support lasting growth that extends beyond the therapy room.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe children thrive when they feel safe enough to be curious, make mistakes, and discover their own strengths. My goal is to create an encouraging, nonjudgmental environment where children and families feel supported through both the challenges and the successes. I value authenticity, kindness, and the belief that small moments of connection can lead to meaningful, lasting change.
