By understanding the layers of your personal history, we can uncover patterns, gain insights, and work towards creating lasting change. Together, we will work towards a deeper understanding of you as an individual and in the context of your relationships. I believe in the power of therapy to help you rediscover your inner strength, enhance your functionality, and meet the demands of everyday life. I offer short-term goal-directed care and long-term support, utilizing therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, CBT, strength-based models, inner child work, and family systems work. Diversity lies at the core of my practice, and I celebrate the unique beauty of individuals from all abilities, races, sexualities, genders, origins, religions, and political values.
