About My Clients
I work with adults, parents, and couples navigating pregnancy, postpartum, caregiving, and identity shifts. Many feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who they are beneath everything they’re holding. Some are adjusting to parenthood. Some are noticing strain in their relationship. Most are looking for therapy that feels grounding, real, and actually helpful.
How I Can Help You
I’m a trauma-informed therapist with training in expressive arts and Somatic Experiencing. My work is grounded in the understanding that stress, trauma, and life transitions don’t just live in your thoughts, they show up in your body. I integrate body-based awareness and creative process to help you slow things down, make sense of what feels tangled, and begin to shift patterns that talking alone hasn’t changed. You don’t need to be “good at art.” It’s simply another way to access what’s hard to put into words. Sessions are collaborative and paced with care. Sometimes we talk, sometimes we create, often both. I focus on helping you feel more steady, more connected, and more like yourself again.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or hold it all together. I show up as a real person in the room, grounded, attuned, and honest. I care about creating a space that feels safe, collaborative, and respectful of your pace and your lived experience. My work is rooted in trauma-informed, inclusive care. I support women, parents, and couples navigating identity shifts, relationships, and the impact of long-term stress. I am affirming of LGBTQ+ identities and committed to creating a space where all parts of you are welcome. If you’re looking for therapy that feels steady, relational, and actually helpful, this may be a good fit.
