Mikayla is passionate about helping people gain a deeper understanding of themselves as they connect the dots between events or relationships that they have experienced and how it impacts their day to day lives. It is her goal to partner with you in your healing to help you build on your existing strengths and help you attain the personal growth you are committed to accomplishing. It is Mikayla’s goal in therapy to help you feel more deeply connected to yourself and the world around you.

Mikayla’s approach is rooted in social justice and affirming of all identities. She practices out of a feminist and relational cultural lens and promises to see and celebrate you as the individual that you are now and help you grow into who you want to be.
