About My Clients
I have worked with client's of various ages, backgrounds and mental health needs. I have also worked in various environments such as agencies, clinics and hospitals. My ideal client is one which sees the benefits of working with a therapist and strives to make necessary changes. Those who come into the therapeutic relationship hoping to make gains whether big or small. Change is hard but possible.
My Background and Approach
My backgrounds is mainly in mental health and crises. I use approaches which are best for my client and their needs, such as Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone is capable of making changes whether big or small. Support makes a difference in where you are and where you want to be. Although the mountain is large it can come down.
