About My Clients
I support adults facing anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, and burnout. Many of my clients are first-generation professionals or creatives. They want practical, compassionate therapy that honors their full identity and helps them build authentic, sustainable lives. If you’re seeking therapy that blends evidence-based practices with real-world strategies, I’d be honored to work with you.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a background in community mental health, career counseling, and integrative therapy. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, narrative therapy, and solution-focused approaches, along with mindfulness and somatic techniques. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I specialize in working with first-generation professionals, millennials, and individuals seeking meaningful, sustainable change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a first-generation Mexican-American, I believe therapy should be a space where every part of you feels seen, not just the parts you’re used to editing. I value cultural humility, authenticity, and the idea that healing isn’t linear — it’s messy, brave, and deeply personal. I am passionate about making mental health care more accessible for first-generation professionals, BIPOC communities, and those who’ve felt out of place in traditional spaces. Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my dogs, watching documentaries, and finding beauty in small, everyday things. I believe humor, creativity, and storytelling are powerful tools for healing. I strive to create a space that feels practical, human, and genuinely supportive — a place where you don’t have to perform to be accepted.
