About My Clients
I work best with clients who want a space where all of their identities and complexities are welcomed. I’m especially passionate about supporting queer and gender-expansive people, those navigating identity development, neurodivergence, grief, or major life transitions, as well as individuals and couples exploring ethical non-monogamy. My clients are often seeking an affirming, grounded space to be fully themselves.
My Background and Approach
I am a pre-licensed therapist supervised by Kat Cockey at Coffee Chat Counseling and hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and rooted in intersectional feminist and decolonial frameworks. As a queer and neurodivergent clinician, I view therapy as a collaborative and liberatory process that honors your inner wisdom while acknowledging the systems that shape your experiences. I work to cultivate an authentic, warm, and affirming space where you feel safe to explore your emotions, identities, and stories at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to support healing, empowerment, and deeper self-connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My work is grounded in values of justice, accessibility, and collective care. I believe healing is both personal and relational, and that everyone deserves spaces where they are affirmed in their full humanity. I am committed to showing up with authenticity and advocating for the wellbeing of marginalized communities. Outside of sessions, I engage in community organizing and mental-health-focused advocacy, with a focus on equity for gender-expansive and neurodivergent individuals. I’m dedicated to ongoing learning, unlearning, and remaining responsive to the communities I serve.
