I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and their families in various settings. I utilize a variety of therapy types to best meet the needs of my clients. This includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help challenge negative thought patterns, mindfulness practices to promote self-awareness and relaxation, and creative interventions to encourage self-expression.
