I work primarily with adults who experience challenges including trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, OCD, and chronic distress.
My Background and Approach
My goal with clients is to build a space focused on cultivating acceptance and compassion, as well as commitment to personal values. I am passionate about implementing contextual therapeutic approaches –in particular, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP)—as relational process of healing. I incorporate mindfulness into many sessions to help individuals change their relationship with their thoughts and emotions in the service of pursuing what is deeply meaningful to them.
