I listen and I connect. My priority is to acknowledge each person as an individual and to pay close attention to your individual needs so that your care is personalized to fit you. I draw from many counseling approaches, but my goal is to form a therapeutic relationship with you that is based on me learning and understanding you as an individual. From there, we can navigate and explore what is going to be effective for you.

I believe that with the right amount of compassion and the right tools you can begin the path to healing and fulfillment. Mindset and self-awareness are essential components of the wellness journey and I will be here to guide you. I am here to help you navigate through depression, low self-worth, relationships issues, racial injustices/inequalities, and generational baggage, mommy/daddy issues and how they seem to intersect more often than we're aware of.
