Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a client-centered, collaborative approach used to enhance motivation for change by exploring and resolving ambivalence. As a psychotherapist, part of my goal is to support your autonomy, evoke your own reasons for change, and strengthen commitment. Through empathy, reflective listening, and guiding questions, MI helps clarify goals, build confidence, and move toward positive behavioral change at their own pace.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented approach that helps identify and change unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. As a psychotherapist, my aim will be to focus on helping you recognize patterns, challenge negative thinking, and develop practical coping strategies. CBT will empower you to build resilience, manage symptoms, and improve overall emotional well-being through collaborative, evidence-based techniques.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) aims to embrace thoughts and feelings without judgment while committing to actions aligned with their values. As a psychotherapist, we will focus on fostering psychological flexibility through mindfulness, acceptance, and values-based living. ACT supports in reducing the struggle with difficult emotions and increasing engagement in meaningful life activities.
