About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, and create more fulfilling relationships. My clients may be navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity, life transitions, or feeling stuck or disconnected. I offer neurodiversity-affirming care and support clients across a range of identities, experiences, and life circumstances, including those exploring sexuality, culture, spirituality, and belonging.
My Background and Approach
My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens through compassionate connection—with ourselves, our bodies, our emotions, and the people we love. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic and mindfulness-based practices to help you understand the patterns and protective parts that have developed through your experiences. Together, we’ll gently explore what lies beneath the ways you may feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, while cultivating greater self-compassion, clarity, and trust. I believe deeply in the possibility of repair, reconnection, and transformation. My role is to offer a steady, nonjudgmental presence where your full humanity is welcome. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you, with curiosity and respect for your unique history, needs, and inner wisdom.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe deeply in the possibility of healing, repair, and reconnection. I see therapy as a space where we can approach our pain with curiosity rather than judgment, and where even the parts of ourselves we struggle with can be met with compassion. I believe that meaningful change doesn't require becoming someone different, but rather reconnecting with more of who you already are
