About My Clients

You may be feeling unhappy, like you need to figure some things out and are wondering what you’re going to do. This worry could leave you feeling stressed and afraid to move forward. Possibly even getting tired of dealing with all of the conflicting thoughts. You might be wishing things could get better but you don’t know where to start or where to go from here. You don’t know how to fix it, you just know you can’t live like this and can’t keep doing things the same way.

My Background and Approach

You deserve happiness and can learn to have trust in yourself. I know how difficult it is to make changes or take steps forward when we don’t know what is coming or what is going to happen next. I am dedicated to helping people realize they control their own lives. I believe we know ourselves best, yet sometimes we need a helpful nudge in the right direction. Through almost a decade of working with people in customer service, I learned how communication can help create trust, understanding and the ability to identify individual needs. I am committed to guiding people with respect and care using out of the box ways of healing to help people find resources that suit them best.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Art is one of the tools that helped me heal challenges in my life and taught me how powerful it is for processing emotions without the fear of having to speak what is on our mind. I’m passionate about art therapy and exploring additional tools that can be used alongside traditional talk therapy. I’m dedicated to helping adults, teens and children alike, create opportunities to bring “play” back into their life. I believe when we allow ourselves to embrace fun and creative activities in a therapeutic space we can step out of our comfort zone and explore new forms of healing. I understand that feeling stuck is frustrating. It can be scary not knowing where to turn to or look for help. I am here to support and guide you toward finding a sense of direction to rebuild and take the steps you need. Let’s connect.
