About My Clients
Have you been through many therapists or treatments and they do not seem to be the right fit? Maybe you keep trying to explain how you are different and not just another mold of a person with OCD, addiction, anxiety or trauma and, you feel people don't get it. Our team specializes in working with addiction and OCD Spectrum and related symptoms and the effect those have on the sufferers. My Background and Approach
Our team has worked in many facets of treatment. We are not only therapists, we are advocates. We advocate for you in finding the right treatment team to help you focus on the best you that you can be in recovery with mental health. We think the integration helps people truly learn to recovery. Feeling it in your body, understanding yourself more than other do. We know there is a person inside and behind all of the mental health symptoms in your way. We walk the walk of how we help you seek recovery. Some of us have been their ourselves. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
All experiences people face shape who one is a person including values, beliefs, traditions, culture, rituals, opinions, the words they use, and the way they believe the world works. Despite occurrence of situations in childhood or adulthood, we believe we come from a society that tells us we should “be” a certain way or deal with situations a certain way. This causes conflict in life and the feeling that you aren’t doing what you are “supposed to.” We try to break the mold of what we should be and allow people to follow their passions and their inner guide that lets them know something is not a good fit or that something isn't right.
