I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults struggling with a wide variety of difficulties such as complex trauma/PTSD, disordered eating, depression, anxiety, BPD, bipolar disorders, sexuality, gender identity, and more.
My Background and Approach
I utilize an eclectic variety of techniques that stem from CBT, DBT, IFS, psychodynamic, and existential theoretical orientations that I tailor to the specific needs of each individual. I also have training in Polyvagal Theory and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I am currently licensed as an LPC in Illinois and will soon be obtaining my LCPC. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor.
