I can help you learn applicable coping skills to use in your daily life, and work through issues of concern, so you can feel better and have a more stress-free life. Approachable and down to Earth. Board Certified & Licensed. I work with clients, ages 18 & up, from vast backgrounds including culturally diverse populations (POC, LGBTQ). My many years of experience bring wisdom to your session. My approach is to help you, help yourself, to feel better &move forward.
My Background and Approach
Board Certified. Licensed in CT, CO, FL, ME,NY, RI, VT. EMDR trained. 30+ year of professional counseling experience. Clients include professionals, teachers, students and those commuting between states. Culturally sensitive and experienced with LGBTQ+, those incarcerated/released.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
