About My Clients

I am here to create a safe and supportive environment for adults and teenagers to explore life's challenges. My clients are typically working through trauma-recovery, depression, anxiety, life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, divorce, college adjustment, Spectrum disorders, low self-esteem, family conflict, lack of coping skills, and job stress.

My Background and Approach

As a multi-racial woman, I provide an environment that honors the diversity, equity, and inclusivity of all. I am also a LGBTQ+ ally. I utilize creative arts therapy and a mindfulness approach. We will work together to focus on you or your child’s well-being in an open and holistic way. I am a Fort Worth native as well as a TCU alum and adjunct professor. My dog, Behr, is a retired Registered Therapy Dog. He is happy to join our sessions if you would like!
