About My Clients
Do you feel weighed down by trauma, struggling with body image, or navigating the challenges of an eating disorder? Are you questioning or exploring your gender and sexuality and longing for a space where all of who you are is affirmed? I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ clients facing trauma, eating disorders, body image concerns, and identity challenges. Together, we’ll release shame, rebuild trust with your body, and move toward resilience, self-acceptance, and authentic living.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience supporting clients with trauma, eating disorders, body image struggles, and LGBTQ+ identity exploration. My approach is evidence-based, relational, trauma-informed, and affirming of neurodivergence, gender, and sexuality. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic practices, and depth-oriented approaches, so we don’t just talk about what happened, we also explore how your experiences live in your body and shape how you move through the world. This process often brings relief, greater connection, and a path out of cycles of shame. I also provide letters of support for gender-affirming care, helping ensure access to vital resources. Our work together is collaborative and tailored to your needs. Whether you are seeking freedom from an eating disorder, healing from trauma, or support in embracing your full identity, I bring compassion, curiosity, and effective tools to help you build resilience and live more authentically.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
As a queer therapist and member of the LGBTQ+ community, I know how vital it is to have a space where every part of you is seen, affirmed, and welcomed. My values are rooted in compassion, equity, and liberation. I believe healing is not just personal but also deeply connected to community and justice. I am sex-positive, neurodivergent-affirming, and committed to dismantling shame around bodies, identities, and desire. I’ve dedicated my career to supporting clients navigating trauma, eating disorders, body image concerns, and identity exploration because I know how these struggles can shape a life. I also advocate for gender-affirming care, providing letters of support and standing with trans and nonbinary communities. Outside of therapy, I engage in community care and causes that uplift queer and marginalized voices. If you are seeking a therapist who will honor your full identity and walk with you toward resilience, self-acceptance, and authentic living, I may be a good fit for you.
