My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Provisionally Registered Art Therapist with a Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling. My work integrates art therapy and talk therapy to support deeper expression, reflection, and healing. I take a nonjudgmental, person-centered approach and meet you where you are. Not everything can be expressed in words, which is why I incorporate creative processes to help you explore your thoughts and emotions in a more open and meaningful way. You do not need to be “good at art” to benefit—just willing to engage. My goal is to help you build awareness, gain clarity, and feel more grounded and confident in your life. Together, we will create a space that feels safe, supportive, and aligned with your growth.

I value authenticity, compassion, and creating spaces where people feel seen and supported. My work is grounded in respect for each person’s unique story and journey. I hold Christian values and believe faith can be a meaningful part of the healing process. If it is important to you, we can integrate faith into our work in a way that feels natural and supportive. I am passionate about creativity as a tool for healing and self-discovery. I believe that when we take time to reflect, express, and care for ourselves, we begin to live more fully and intentionally.
