About My Clients
I work with adults and teens who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, anxious in relationships, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients have big inner worlds, deep sensitivity, or past experiences they’re still trying to make sense of. I support people navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, self-esteem, ADHD, and identity concerns. If you’re feeling stuck, scattered, or unsure where to turn, therapy with me is a place to breathe and begin again.
My Background and Approach
I earned my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and trained in community mental health and substance use treatment. Working with addiction helped me understand the emotional pain, coping patterns, and past experiences that shape people’s struggles. This foundation informs my work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, identity challenges, ADHD, and feelings of disconnection. My approach blends attachment-based and person-centered therapy with humanistic, existential, and CBT perspectives. I aim to see the whole person and create a space where you feel understood and supported. I’m passionate about exploring how the past shapes present patterns and helping you strengthen your relationship with yourself so you can move through life with more ease and clarity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens when we feel deeply understood and supported without judgment. I value authenticity, curiosity, and compassion, both in myself and in the people I work with. I’m passionate about mental health access, destigmatizing therapy, and helping people build lives that feel meaningful and aligned with who they truly are. Music is a big part of my life, and I often invite clients to reflect on songs that mirror their experiences or help them feel grounded. I believe creativity, movement, and self-expression are powerful therapeutic tools. Outside of therapy, I love producing music, writing, and spending time with the people who make me feel at home.
