I work from a place of empathy, non-judgment, and collaboration to help recognize, understand and develop solutions for your concerns, allowing you to embrace your ideal life. I have specialized training in trauma, EMDR and coaching, with a passion for mindfulness and depth approaches. Using an integrative model to meld several modalities, I create a individualized therapeutic experiences for my clients.
