Therapy is intimidating. Whether you are a therapy veteran or a newbie, you are a freaking courageous human for taking this step. I love working with people looking to discover and embrace their authentic selves. The growing tween/teen, changing 20 something, and overwhelmed adult- we all need a safe space where we feel heard and seen. It is my goal to create a place you can be you in your most candid form. My Background and Approach
I am a counselor who is also an art therapist, so incorporating therapeutic art into sessions is an optional bonus with me! If that addition is of interest to you, let me know (& to answer your question…nope, you don’t need any artistic ability, I promise!).
