About My Clients

I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating the lasting impact of early or ongoing stress and trauma, particularly those stemming from relational harm. Together, we'll explore how past experiences are influencing your present-day emotions, patterns, and relationships. Our work may also focus on building emotional regulation, setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, healing attachment wounds, reconnecting with your inherent sense of worth, and cultivating deeper self-compassion.

My Background and Approach

I have over seven years of experience supporting individuals and couples through a range of life challenges. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, relational approach that emphasizes collaboration, safety, and genuine connection. Clients often tell me that from the start, they feel truly seen - not judged or analyzed. I value therapy that goes beyond symptom relief and focus on understanding you as a whole person who has been shaped by your relationships, past experiences, and the environments and systems you exist within. This creates space for deep, lasting healing. Our work together will be a thoughtful balance of learning practical coping tools to support you in the present, while also making sense of the past experiences that continue to influence how you move through the world.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My path to becoming a therapist began with a deep curiosity. As a teenager, I became fascinated by neuroscience. I wanted to understand how the brain works and why people think, feel, and behave the way they do. I spent years reading and learning, captivated by the science behind why we are who we are. That intellectual interest found a human connection in college, when I began working at a local crisis center, answering calls for the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. It was there that I really discovered how meaningful it was to support people during their most vulnerable moments. Becoming a therapist was an opportunity to show up for people not just in moments of crisis, but across the full arc of their healing and growth.
