My Background and Approach
I have been in the field for 7 years and am also a certified yoga teacher. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Interpersonal Neurobiology. I offer Exposure Therapy for PTSD. My goal is to provide a safe and accepting space to help people heal. I believe people are resilient and capable of change. It is my passion to help people discover their authentic selves in a thoughtful, empathetic, and sometimes humorous way. I have successfully helped people heal from PTSD, adapt to major life changes, lower symptoms of depression and anxiety, and develop new insight and clarity about themselves and others.

I believe in the innate goodness within people and find joy helping them to see that within themselves, connect with others, and feel a deep sense of fulfillment in their lives.
