I’m a licensed social worker with a passion for holistic, trauma-informed care. My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and perinatal/maternal mental health. With experience in private practice and clinical field placements, I help clients move beyond awareness into action, providing tools to navigate change and rewrite unhelpful narratives. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on creating a safe space for deep healing and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in radical, unconditional support—meeting people where they are with compassion and without judgment. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and a mother to two children—one being my niece and the other my son, whom my partner carried—I understand the beauty and complexity of nontraditional family structures. I’m passionate about breaking generational cycles, advocating for mental health awareness, and supporting those navigating major life transitions, including perinatal and maternal mental health.
