I have years of training in both EFT and EFIT and believe in its ability to assist people in healing their attachment wounds. I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) into my work to help clients better understand and heal their emotional patterns, especially in relationships. EFT supports clients in identifying core emotions, deepening self-awareness, and creating new ways of connecting with themself and interpersonally.
