My Background and Approach
I support individuals navigating anxiety disorders, depression and mood challenges, trauma and post-traumatic stress, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, stress and major life transitions. With training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and a blend of evidence-based, person-centered approaches, I focus on helping you get a better understanding of your patterns, regulate emotions and build a toolkit that supports long lasting change. This is a space where vulnerability is encouraged, not judged. My experience spans community mental health, inpatient psychiatry, college-level counseling, and private practice. These roles have shaped a well-rounded understanding of the many ways people struggle and heal, allowing me to meet you where you are with respect and compassion. I hope that brings you a sense of comfort and trust as we navigate this work together.
