You're tired, I know. I know that from the outside looking in, you've got it all together. You're "the strong friend," "the friend who always has your shit together" "the one who always figures it out." But behind the scenes, don't have anything left to give. If you're used to being independent, therapy might feel scary or unnecessary. But my rebuttal to that is a simple question: what do you stand to lose by trying it out anyway?
My Background and Approach
I provide inclusive, affirming telehealth therapy. I specialize in helping women, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals navigate generational patterns, systemic stress and trauma. Together, we'll unlearn the patterns of survival that you've been holding onto and build a durable toolkit that you /actually/ find helpful. You've held things down for everyone else, but what have you done for yourself? Coming to therapy doesn't mean you have to have it all figured out. You probably don't even know where to begin. I'm here to help you sort through all the life you have lived and make sense of who you are. When you're ready, I'm ready too.

The Clarity Studio is an affirming, inclusive space for women and individuals of all identities, including women of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and anyone who holds a marginalized identity. No matter who you are, you deserve to be understood and heard. Know that you are safe here.
